“Why isn’t this $19/mo? Or free?”
Because we’re paying real money to make real phone calls. Each AI call costs us about $0.50. We give you 50/mo on Pro. The rest covers Geotab pulling 24/7, our servers, the AI model. Honest answer: about 75% margin. We’re profitable, not gouging.
“Can the AI actually do this without sounding like a robot?”

We retry the SMS once after an hour. Still nothing? The alert routes to your dispatcher’s phone if you’ve set that up. Otherwise it lands in your “Snoozed” queue with a 24h check‑back. Nothing books without a YES from someone on your team.
“How does the AI handle voicemail?”
